how do i turn a strapless dress into a sweetheart neckline?
i recently bought a dress and after trying it on a second time i realized that the neckline is extremely unflattering it's a strapless dress but it goes up far too high and is held by an elastic-like strip on the inside i would like to turn it into a sweetheart neckline i'd prefer to do it myself so if anyone can give me instruction thanks but if this is a difficult job i would like to know if i could get it fixed at a seamstress? and how much would it cost?

I probably would not recommend you do that yourself, you don't want to ruin your dress.
Take it to a seamstress, it would be a relatively easy job for them, try and find one that does wedding dresses as a lot of seamstresses alter the necklines of wedding dresses.
What material is your dress? Go to your local seamstress, or find a cheap one, get a quote there. It probably shouldn't be anymore than $50.
