How do you memorize a surah?
I usually keep playing the recitation of the surah over and over while reading it? Whats easier for you?
Any tips on how to fall asleep,lol. It's so aggravating, I'm so tired but can't sleep.

first i read them and understand them in English because Arabic is not my native language. Then i listen to the Arabic recitation while i follow along reading the lansliteration, i download the Arabic recitation and just listen to it before going to sleep. If i have time i write down the Surah in Arabic lansliteration and its English translation besides it, i use a note book, English on left side Arabic on right side and kinda make mental connections on how words are related.
to sleep im kinda having the same problem, but what im now trying to do is trying to sleep for 1\2 an hour if i cant i get out of bed and do something else, idk work on memorizing a Surah, then go back to bed and try to sleep but keeping an image of a dream i had before and playing over and over again in my mind.

I can memories a Surah very quickly, I just repeat all the Ayahs a few times and then I read everything together :)
As for sleeping, I usually take a warm bath It helps me to relax or I read a really boring book from school lol I fall asleep in no time
When I try memorize anything I just reread it time and again.
As for sleeping...I'm insomniac and I sleep every two days or so. But before I turned insomniac, I used to do two things. One of them I used to play with my hair until I feel sleepy enough. Or sometimes with the tip of my finger I do the letters of my name on my forehead (I'm not self centered, lol).

Depends on whether arabic is your mother tongue or not. But the easiest way.
Repeat three words then repeat the next words then repeat together and it will soon get into your head.
