Feral as in wild? It never ceases to amaze me how people will waste money. 1) Tame the cat (if possible) before blowing hundreds on shots and neutering. I once saw a feral kitten attached (claws dug in deep) to a 12 year old kid's face and would not let go. Some animals can not be domesticated.
