How does a Visa gift card work?
If I bought a prepaid visa gift card with money already on it, will I still get a bill sent to me if I perchased something with it, within the amount on the card?
Update:I am talking about an online purchase.

Nope. It works just like a gift card. You will swipe it and then it will say thank you. And the next time you load money on it, the same thing will happen.
