I would wear jewelry, a bold color, but all the same color. Something brighter, but probably not orange. Pink works well. High heels always go well with black dresses, not flats unless you don't feel comfortable in heels. I wouldn't go with a belt if I were you, since you wear such a small size. Hope this helps some!

if it's more of a party, you should wear like, really neon pumps to make it stand out.

don't wear a belt, because it's form-fitting, and the belt will just be big and loopy.

You should definitely wear a sparkly belt and some long earrings (if you have your ears pierced) I am also a size 0. And you should wear a really long necklace! hope this helps!!!

Just wear a solid color belt with matching color shoes and earrings. Black looks good with pretty much any color.
