I have a 100% Adidas polyester running shirt that is too big for me that I'd like to shrink. I've tried the high heat wash and high heat dryer cycles and that has not helped. Dow anyone know anything else I could try?

Only 100% cotton shrinks. Even then, only 1% will shrink.
Polyester is man-made product, they can't shrink!
You can ask a seamstress to resize the shirt for you. I charge $35hr.
Well, the tag does make some ideas, frequently just right to discover. I in my view can curb anything, training the one-load one-environment college of male laundry. I additionally attempt to prevent shopping one hundred% cotton shirts, even though purchasing one two sizes colossal, then blasting them as natural works beautiful well - simply depends on the price. I think your shirt brand is making an attempt to guard the colour as much as something. As my spouse has taught me, you can typically do well in "atmosphere" the color with a pre-soak of white vinegar. In most cases stopped my creation of purple shorts washed with pink shirts.
