want a baby because she does not want medical staff - women, that is, to see her intimately - and I respect that, why is there still a kind of pressure on us to have a child? Can't people back off?
Its not an accepted reason for not wanting children, you should just tell then you dont want kids and leave it at that. Not all doctors and hospital staff are gagging to look at your womans bits, they see enough on a daily basis and would rather not if it came to it. She sounds like someone else you asked a queestion about..
It should be your own business and privacy about having a baby or not but i must say if this is the only reason for not having a child you both may live to regret it, especially that the fact the doctors see this a lot of times every single day. Is this some kind of religion thing? Maybe she needs to see a psychologist?
Any perceived pressure on you is nothing to do with your partner not wanting trained staff to see her bits (which BTW is silly, they see them all the time, it's their job).
If you don't want to have kids, that's fine. Just tell people, but expect them to say stuff like 'Oh, you'll change your mind', and 'Wait until you get older'. It's only natural. Don't fret it.
Do you want kids? think really hard about this. If the answer is yes, move on and quickly. You will not change her mind. If you don't care then just say we can't have children.
It's very blunt, and people find it hard to argue with it. Especially if you look them in the eye when you say it. good luck.
dont humour them or get drawn into a discussion about it, just tell them straight to mind their own business and keep their unwanted opinions to themselves

I never felt pressured into having children
I guess in a happy marriage people just assume you will at some point
If however she does,nt want them because of intimate part ?
As a female she may have to endure this anyway
if she encounters any female problems ?

Just tell them you have decided you don't want children and you are under no obligation to explain. Change the subject if the person keeps asking.
You have to be firm.
"We don't want kids - end of story" and do not discuss the subject with that person ever again.
It's NO ONE"S business WHY you don't want kids.
