The site with the "s" has only been in business for 2 weeks. You can not trust them. Too new.
The other site has been around longer. They advertise that you can win items at 95% off of the retail price. That is the sign of a scam. You can not really buy items at 95% off. You pay 60¢ per bid. Each bid goes up one penny. When the item is at $5, the bidders have paid for 500 bids (that is $300 in bids).
Even that would be acceptable except for one thing. You will notice patterns on the bidding. There will be a small group of bidders who bid on many items but never win. Never. So either they are brain-dead or they are cheating. Either way, you lose.
It's possible they won't do identity theft on you. However, it is highly unlikely that you will get a good deal. Theoretically if you get a winning bid in very few attempts you would get something cheaper from them than in the store (but without the store's return policy). However, the probability is very high that you would squander so much on losing bids before you ever win, that you would be losing money before you ever get anything for it.
