Yes, I think some brands use that in their mascaras. I couldn't tell you which ones though, but I'd imagine higher end ones would be the ones to do that. It's not really a big deal though... I mean, honey is bee puke and people still eat it, and lots of dyes are made from insect juice, but people still use them.
