I recently submitted a trademark application for my company "Luxe Energy Drink" .A few days after that I found out there is an energy drink in Russia called "Lux High Energy Drink" geared towards the same thing as my company. Can they sue me for infringing their name? They have the ® symbol next to their name so they are already registered.

Technically, they could only sue you for using a confusingly similar trademark if you have actually used it. Just filing an application for registration does not necessarily mean you're using it yet, if you filed on the basis of "intent to use".
Your trademark attorney should have done at least a preliminary "clearance search" to warn you of obvious overlap of similar brands used in similar fields.
