I have read that paisley is a unisex name but i think of it as more of a boy name. Which gender do you think this name belongs to?
Update:im not naming my child that i just wanted to know what it sounded like to you. Im not even at the appropriate age to have children.

I think it sounds more like a girl's name.
either way I wouldn't name a kid that.
It really could be either.
For a boy, it could be associated with the country singer, Brad Paisley, which makes it a masculine-sounding name, but on the other hand, paisley is a floral-like fabric pattern from the '70s that can make it a little girly. It's really up to you.
Have you ever seen any paisley prints... DEF feminine. Go to google images look up paisley and tell me if you think that could be a boys name...
I've never heard of it for anyone. Interesting.
I think if it's a boys name he may have some struggles and bullying to deal with though. Not trying to be harsh here that is what first came to mind.
I stay in Paisley, scotland:P
I would say its a boys name x
edit:

it's a girl name. Do you know what Paisley is (a fabric pattern)? would you name your son after that?
It sounds like a girl's name. It sounds too feminine for a boy. I don't really like it so much.
Is it even a name? It sounds like some kind of fabric.
Boy
paisley is a patter on hankercheifs. NOT a name.
