The site opened in 2006 in Missouri. I went thru 3 pages of search engine results without finding one scam warning. Talk to your credit card company. Give the site one more chance to send your order. Then post your experience on viewpoints.com, resellerratings.com, complaintsboard.com, trustpilot.com, sitejabber.com (all are free).
The company may give you back your money just to get you to stop warning others.
I never give out my credit card information to an incoming caller... If I were to receive this call I would thank the caller hang up and call the credit card company they mentioned directly... It's a pretty simple and easy way to protect your credit... If you are unsure of the number of your credit card company speak with your bank they have all the appropriate numbers and are very happy to give them to you if asked...

They have a D- rating. The number of complaints seems to be low, but the seem to not be very good about responding to them.
If the contact number listed by BBB is different from the one that accomplished nothing, you might give it a try.
