Sweetie, it is what-ever you believe whether it be that santa is a real person who delivers gifts or if you believe santa is just a part of the christmas spirit doesn't matter. What matters is believing that Christmas is special and a time to value family and friends and do good...that is what "santa" truly wants from us.
I'm 35 and I've met him before. I'm telling the truth, he's real. But what they don't tell you is that there is a thing called SPA (Santa-Parent Association) when they have yearly meetings about the kind of things parents want Santa to get for their children. If the kids don't have parents, they usually check with the kids' dreams and/or talk to their guardians or close adult friends etc. And also, there are many Santas, not just one, I mean it's just not possible to keep up for one Santa to make delivery for growing kids-population of the world without some help. I've just met one of them. Believe it!
Yes Virginia There Is A Santa Claus
"DEAR EDITOR: I am 8 years old.
"Some of my little friends say there is no Santa Claus.
"Papa says, 'If you see it in THE SUN it's so.'
"Please tell me the truth; is there a Santa Claus?
"VIRGINIA O'HANLON.
"115 WEST NINETY-FIFTH STREET."
VIRGINIA, your little friends are wrong. They have been affected by the skepticism of a skeptical age. They do not believe except [what] they see. They think that nothing can be which is not comprehensible by their little minds. All minds, Virginia, whether they be men's or children's, are little. In this great universe of ours man is a mere insect, an ant, in his intellect, as compared with the boundless world about him, as measured by the intelligence capable of grasping the whole of truth and knowledge.
Yes, VIRGINIA, there is a Santa Claus. He exists as certainly as love and generosity and devotion exist, and you know that they abound and give to your life its highest beauty and joy. Alas! how dreary would be the world if there were no Santa Claus. It would be as dreary as if there were no VIRGINIAS. There would be no childlike faith then, no poetry, no romance to make tolerable this existence. We should have no enjoyment, except in sense and sight. The eternal light with which childhood fills the world would be extinguished.
Not believe in Santa Claus! You might as well not believe in fairies! You might get your papa to hire men to watch in all the chimneys on Christmas Eve to catch Santa Claus, but even if they did not see Santa Claus coming down, what would that prove? Nobody sees Santa Claus, but that is no sign that there is no Santa Claus. The most real things in the world are those that neither children nor men can see. Did you ever see fairies dancing on the lawn? Of course not, but that's no proof that they are not there. Nobody can conceive or imagine all the wonders there are unseen and unseeable in the world.
You may tear apart the baby's rattle and see what makes the noise inside, but there is a veil covering the unseen world which not the strongest man, nor even the united strength of all the strongest men that ever lived, could tear apart. Only faith, fancy, poetry, love, romance, can push aside that curtain and view and picture the supernal beauty and glory beyond. Is it all real? Ah, VIRGINIA, in all this world there is nothing else real and abiding.
No Santa Claus! Thank God! he lives, and he lives forever. A thousand years from now, Virginia, nay, ten times ten thousand years from now, he will continue to make glad the heart of childhood.
Yes Santa is real. He originated a long time ago from a man called Saint nick He was known as a very nice man and always gave out presents and stuff. Your thoughts probably are: If that last a long time ago how does he still bring me presents? Well As they say.. "Legends will always live on" HAPPY CHRISTMAS!
Obviously Santa is real, how else would he know what to get you? He comes when you asleep, eats the treats you left him and quickly moves on to the next house! Merry Christmas!
If you're trying to show you're friend that there is no santa, don't. Why would you want to spoil her fun? And by the way, santa is totally real, and, if my guess about you're situation is correct, you're friend is right.
Of course he's real, but it's not him who delivers the presents. It's probably little elves or something like that, and he has 1 million going around the world (:
I personally say no. but my grandmaw claims she saw some one outside on christmas eve and heard sleigh bell but when she went outside there were no foot prints or anything. I believe in the christmas spirit tho! lol
Depends on who you mean by santa,
If you mean the image we see in modern time the no he was created by
artists in 1927. And later by coca cola!
See http://www.snopes.com/holidays/christmas/santa/coc...
However St nicholas is real, a beautiful man who was greek and used every moment
of his life helping needy, also did a lot for kids,

But hey its xmas and a magical time, imagination is everything :)
I believe in him!
Of course he is. Who else do you think delivers the presents? Your parents? Ha ha ha! What a ridiculous idea!
