I think it would be a very cute outfit, but I'm not sure if it would be appropriate for a banquet. It seems more like something you'd wear on a date, or out with friends. If the event IS in the daytime then yes it would look SO cute. But if it is in the evening maybe you can dress it up with a necklace, or wear something a little darker in color.

I additionally positioned a hyperlink with a gaggle of summer season outfits from distinctive places. some are somewhat costly although. and that i positioned a hyperlink to mandee. I wasn't specific in case you needed summer season outfits or no although. stable success!
