I love it. Caron Butler is a stud and could really fit in with Roy. The Blazers would still have PG help in Sergio Rodriguez and Jeryd Bayless, who showed some promise in clean up time against Boston a few nights ago. Roy can also handle the ball. For the Wiz, a struggling team gets a solid PG (Blake), a good 3/4 (Outlaw) they can start or bring off the bench, and an exciting young player (Fernandez). This is a good deal.
