The Hawks get rid of a bust for one bust, one bench man and Thabo, who needs more playing time

Williams, although he has not lived up to the hype, has contributed a lot to the Hawks success. They are making a championship run and Thabo won't help them more than Williams.
And the Bulls wouldn't really be clearing cap space, since the players they give up also have expiring contracts that are close to the value of Camby's.
You're on the right track, but I think the trade needs a little tweaking.
Honestly? This looks fair. The Hawks would part with Marvin Williams to have three players (wow!) for just one. Though Novak sucks, having Noah and Sefolosha looks complimentary to let go of Williams. I'm not sure if they would pull the trigger though the way the Hawks are playing.
Chicago Bulls would address there problem in there front-line by having Marcus Camby. It hurts to let go of Gooden since I think they will form a formidable front-court. I am also worried if the Bulls really would want to have Camby while letting go of four players! (four). As for the Clips, I don't know which direction will they be going but talent-wise, and team-improvement-wise, having Gooden and Williams is another notch of talent for Marcus Camby.
How do the Hawks fit 3 guys into 1 roster spot?
The Clippers add 2 more forwards to a team that already has Randolph and Thornton as full time starters? Spose they'd be solid off the bench though...
Overall, not a terrible trade, but you can't fit 3 guys into 1 roster spot...
yes it is
