I'm a single dad and my daughter is 4, me and her mom are on extremely bad terms, she's Hayes my guts and won't give me a moment of day, she doesn't want to speak to her daughter either, the last time she saw her was, 7 months ago and she was throwing custody papers in face and all and making a scene, so she sees our daughter every other weekend and then this Sunday she called and said she needed a break and not to bring her around unless she asked.

That was about 3 months ago and now I've got a Job offer in Atlanta, ga and we live in the same town in Texas, I've emailed her twice about custody and visitation and she said the exact same thing, the only problem is, I've got a work schedule, and I can't change it according to when she's in the mood of seeing out daughter, and I see know that, that could literally be at any time.

What can do? I've contacted her plenty of times email, phone call and text message and I always get the same thing or no reply at all, an can't sit around waiting for her to come around when I've got ima job I need to report to by October 31st. My daughter will be coming with me when I move, what can I do to at least get her to respond or something? I've moved in but I don't want to get all caught up in he law or something, she's tried to ruin my life before.
