i love jesse mccartney's song "how do you sleep", and the music video that goes along with it.

how is it possible that through a good half of the music video, jesse's in the backseat with a girl, or climbing from his car to a girl's car, or on the hood of the car seducing a girl, etc. or simply, how do we see the car in motion with no visible person driving it?

i'm thinking it's either:

a) the whole background was just a moving video on a green screen?

b) there was someone driving the car, but maybe edited out in the end?

c) it was being remotely driven?

just curious how all of that would work. if anyone knows the answer, or has a good guess, tell me!
