I also have this stuff and i love it! The best! Basically what you do is that after you applied your foundation or concealer or both, and since you don't want your makeup to move or anything like that, you use a setting powder. And the Mac Prep+Prime is a setting powder that happens to be transparent as well as absorbs your face oil they have. You should use a brush to apply it.

You don't need to use a lot just use a small or reasonable amount.

What I do is apply this after all of my makeup is on. It's a finishing powder, finishers go on last. I put on every kind of makeup that I have (eye's and cheeks included) and swipe some of this over everything (not my eyes, but under them) to keep everything where I want it. It's GREAT if you've had fall out due to eyeshadow and you can just swipe some under your eyes and it takes the shadow with it!
