It's cause theres this thing against scanning and translating mangas now it's becoming illegal. If you check OneManga's home page theres actually a pretty good description for it but you'll have to be quick since OneManga is getting taken down as an Illegal manga holder heres the site:

All I have to say is thank god mangafox isn't getting taken down (yet anyways)...there just taking down the requested mangas. I imagine that the manga scanaltors, translators etc will continue to do what they do it'll just be more inconvienient to find all the stuff you wanna read. So If you follow the scanalator groups you can probably still read them.

But basically mangas were getting scanned and translated into english before even the origional japanese copies were released in japan (I think this was going on with Naruto).

I was reading Black Bird on mangafox as well and then it got taken down...But I read Vampire Knight on Sagakures Blog (the loveley lady who translates Vampire Knight). You can visit her blog here I really suggest it :D she's such a lovely lady XD:

I'm pretty sure theres links to the Scanning group who scans black bird & puts up the chapters on the mangafox page for it in the forums (if it's still there).

So yeah it's really sad this is happening...but you gotta face it..when you abuse your rights you lose your rights.

manga companies are getting mad that we read their manga's online

for free and then we dont acually go and buy their manga's when they are released in the stores

so they are pulling and closing many manga sites down this week and month so we will be forced to buy the manga's :'(

but dont worry im sure there will always be a site in secret who will upload them
