150 of the men are college educated, and 90 are not.
48 of the women are college educated, and 72 are not.
So there's a total of 198 college educated employees. 165 of them are in management.
There are 162 employees without college education. 18 of them are in management.
There are a total of 183 managers. 61 of them are women. 48 of women those are college educated, meaning 13 are not.
So of the 18 managers without college education, 13 are women, or 72.2%.
