I have a 2003 VW Jetta, it recently got very hot where I live and I have this squeaking and yawning of a old ship coming from my front end, i figure its the shocks! Should I get this checked out right away or just sit tight and wait. My car is under warranty so it will be covered

if it's under warrenty than wth just take it to the dealer.
You may have suspension/shocks/struts problems. A basic test of the suspension is to push downward on your car on the front end at the corner at least a couple of inches and release the pressure fast. If the car bounces back to its original position (but no higher) your suspension is more than likely ok. If it bounces back but goes ABOVE the position it was originally at and then returns, it is a bit too spongy and should be evaluated by someone who does this for a living. Do this test at both front corners.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE - Get referrals from people you know and trust as to what front-end shop to use, as these type shops are notorious for gouging you and using word-play to con you into more repairs that are needed. I have heard examples of people who used to work with front-end shops who were told to tell people that their brakes were "worn" and did the customer want them replaced (at a premium price I am sure) when the "wear" was only like 10% of the pads and was nowhere near needing replacing.
Take it to the dealer and have it checked.. Utilize your warranty bro..
well if its under warranty jst take it in...i wouldnt wait for it to get worse...because it will get worse..its not goin to cost u anything so jst get it done
