A nursing degree is not a liberal arts degree. You may take some liberal arts courses to fill general education requirements, but the focus will be on nursing-specific courses and biological sciences (the latter of which could be considered liberal arts under some definitions).
If you transfer to a 4 year school, some of your general education courses and sciences should transfer, but if you plan on getting a bachelors in something other than nursing, it's unlikely that any your nursing course credits would apply toward fulfilling graduation requirements (except general elective credit, perhaps).
