Twister is always fun...four on a couch is good group game that isn't too lame...truth or dare...pinatas are fun at any age and everyone is happy cause the guys get to hit stuff and show off how "strong" they are and everyone gets candy! lol

Um you could do the mummy game- divide everyone up into a few teams and then hand them a few rolls of toilet paper. whoever uses up the TP fastest by wrapping one of the team members up like a mummy wins a prize- it sounds stupid but once you start, everyone is laughing and yelling and taking pictures!

You could have wii tournaments, or make your own dance off competition and pick certain friends to be the "judges"- that's a way to have everyone involved and still dance.Or you could do the chubby bunny competition- you keep stuffing your friends' mouth with marshmallows and keep making them say "chubby bunny" until they can't- it's totally hysterical to watch!! Depending how cold it is where you are, you could have a water balloon fight or jello fight. It's always fun to pelt people with stuff haha!
