Oklahoma Natural Gas and OG&E?
Does anyone know if you have to pay up front to have ur electric and gas turned on or do u just recieve a bill in the mail later in the month?
Update:It will be my first time having bills in my name with them

If you have had an account with them previously and are in good standing them they will just bill you.
