It's Que vas a hacer si la gente nos ve ?. Vea is a subjunctive and not gramatically correct in this instance.
I think this is what you're trying to say but I might be wrong:
Que vas a hacer si la gente nos ve?
What will you do if people see us?
or
Que vas a hacer si la gente nos viera?
What would you do if people saw us?
but:
Que vas a ser si la gente nos viera?
What will you be if people saw us?
or
Que vas a ser si la gente nos ve?
What will you be if people see us?
¿Qué vas a hacer si la gente nos ve?
Que?
