I shiver as though I have tourettes (no offense to those that have it or know someone who has it) or really really cold when i'm not truly after I drink water, like on my 5th water bottle I start to shudder almost uncontrollably. I usually drink 6-7 water bottles a day I'm not sure why my shivering occurs, the water is always room temperature. Maybe it's something internally, like cell-wise. What do you think?

Depending on how big the bottle is - you might be drinking too much water. This can alter your electrolyte levels and cause a variety of symptoms, depending which chemical is too low (sodium and potassium, for example).
Your body is just trying to warm up. Water takes a surprisingly high amount of energy to heat up and even at room temp you are asking a lot from your body.
