I had a miscarriage two weeks tomorrow and the first thing I wanted was to be pregnant again! I had sex a week later when I stopped bleeding. My doctor recommends that I wait for a month or one normal menstrual period. But I am a 30 year old women and I know what is alright for my own body. Have sex when you both are ready. And if you don't want to get pregnant so soon you better use protection as you are very fertile after a miscarriage.

I suggest you get put on birth control if you arent already on it, and please use a condom just in case because its true, you are extremely fertile after a miscarriage. I waited 2 weeks as a precaution after I had my miscarriage. But as long as you are not in pain if you had a D/C done, I think it would be okay to have sex but like I said take precautions if you do not want to get pregnant again!

They should have told you at the hospital. Its six weeks just like after you have a baby...but you can do it sooner...but definitely not this soon. You could get a serious infection and damage your female organs for good. atleast wait till there is no more blood

If your not bleeding or feeling any kind of pain i think it would be ok to have sex within a week..you should of asked the people at the hospital though.

ive heard that your really fertile after a miscarriage. if thats what your wanting though. just ask your doctor.
