this guy i know is trying to not drink for 20 days. and some person commented him and asked how it was going and then they said "good i hope remember no drinking then no smoking then no sex lol"..
does this mean he has sex a lot?
or is it just like a joke..

It's probably just a joke... if he doesn't drink (alcohol), then he can't smoke (pakalolo), and if he can't do either of these, then he can't have sex (OOOF). Good Luck!
