Gxr 600 - 106 HP
GXR 750 - 150 HP
Now u see the difference, I would recommend gxr 600 for you, 250ccm is not so big bike and im afraid u won't handle 150 HP bike... 600 is the best choice for now. Also 6 months is not so big time. Remeber biker learn for the whole life :)
6 months experience huh? That's not enough. Ride another summer on the 250, then start thinking about a new bike.
If you really want one, go 600. I've been riding for 12 years and I currently own a Ninja 250, GSX-R 600, and a FJR-1300. The FJR is for touring, 600 for playing, and the Ninja is my daily driver. My dad has a GSX-R 1000, I've ridden it plenty of times but I don't like it. It has too much power, it's not nearly as much fun as my 600 in my opinion.
The 750 has almost the power of the 1000 and almost the weight of the 600. It's a LOT of bike, perhaps one of the best sport bikes over the years in terms of power to weight, handling and general race ability.
