Video Overlay Issues in Vegas Pro 11?
I'm trying to have one video on top of another, but have the border of the smaller video on top be blurred. I've tried using the border effect but that only works within the confines of the larger clip, leaving one of the sides unaffected by the blurring border. What can I do to fix this?
Update:Disabling "maintain aspect ratio" hasn't helped.

Okay what you do Is crop the vid at the top smaller that is to a smaller size and blur the bottom so it shows
Try this left click on your clip, then click properties.....then uncheck maintain aspect ratio!
