Who do I contact with a problem company?
It sound from I read to one of your answers about the BBB ( Better Business Bureau ) is that they are a scam. Who do I contact or what do I do if I have a problem with a company. Hiring a lawyer cost money, so
that is out of the question. Thanks!

Depends on the problem. If you paid with a credit card, you can ask them to assist you. I never received my merchandise and the credit card company refunded my money two weeks later. The BBB website lets you file and online complaint and it will prevent other from choosing them.
Contact your states attorney's office. There should be one in each county or in your states capital city. It won't cost you anything. Some of them are very helpful but some are just lazy and won't help.
