Why do girls pretend I do not exist?
Before I say this, I am not full of myself, I had girls tell me I look "hot" etc not cuz they being nice I had girls tell my friends they have crush on me, etc a solid sign that I do look pretty good looking (once again not being full of myself just what I heard/know) . Why is it that whenever I am in subway/walking down the street/in store/at work/etc every single girl that passes me by/sits across of me/etc Never looks at me, looks over-past me, looks else where but me, I see them looking at everyone else pretty much but never me, it is really confusing me because I know I am not ugly or anything but, why are they doing this, what could be behind them not looking at me and acting like I do not exist? why would a girl do that?

Most girls don't make it obvious that they are looking at you. If it's obvious to the point where they are intentionally not looking at you, then they realize you are attractive and are trying to make it seem like they don't care.
A lot of girls feel insecure about themselves, so if they give you the eye and you reject them, they feel like crap. They feel more comfortable around guys who are not as attractive, but still confident.
Just because they don't look at you doesn't mean they are not interested.
If you are too fine, then I would probably do the same thing. Women might see you as too hot to go for someone like them and therefore, shoot lower to avoid being rejected. Celebrities have the same problem, lol. They say "I'm so hot and so rich ....but all alone." All in all, the point is that it's up to you to make the move and when you do, she will be so flattered you did :) Good luck! P.S. winks are hot and will get a smile every time :)
its not because you dont look good. Its because you dont look approachable to girls. Maybe try wearing some new types of clothing, some cologne, get a haircut, etc. And try flashing a smile at the next pretty girl you walk by. i bet you she will smile back and if your lucky she might even strike up a conversation with you. And then if you play your cards right you could end up getting her number.
you gotta trust me. they know your'e there i promise! I do this also! I never look at the guy ever. Even if he's really really gorgeous. I won't look at them. I look everywhere except them!!

You left out some important details. How do you feel when you walk? Do you feel tough, like chin up, wannabe gangsta style, or do you have a confident but modest walk?
Would you want every girl on the subway to come shake your hand? Its a public place, people are disconnected.
Probably you are looking at the wrong girls and the ones you do not see are looking at you.
everywhere you go is not a "omg look at him moment" srry to break it to you like this but every time a girl goes out she is not looking at guys or for a guy to talk to... im not saying you are but if we "girls" did this then guys would be full of themselves and expect us to look at them everywhere we went
same stuff is happenin to me to dude, im 17 and goin through the SAME thing, im popular at my school and no gf, and i have looks(not braggin) but im told that but dont make big enough moves, hope this makes you feal better
