Why does my dog pees constantly?
My dog just had an kidney stone removal surgery and the first the he came back, he would pee soon as he gets up out of his bed. He is well potty trained never peed in his own bed. He would sometimes pees while hes laying down. He just pees everywhere but it seems like hes not doing it on purpose.
Is this normal after a surgery or somethings up.

Sounds like a kidney infection take him back to the vet and have him check or at least answer this question for you.
Of course ask your vet, but my bet is he's feeling irritation as the result of the surgery which should, over time, improve. There may be some medication to help stop what he's feeling however.
call the vet that removed the kidney stone!
