Probably your DNS entry is incorrect. You DID change the DNS entry with your domain registrar to point to the DNS servers provided by your web host, yes? When you arranged for web hosting, you received a user ID, password, and other information. The IP addresses or names of the web host DNS servers were part of that information. You fill in the DNS information with your registrar for your domain. Without the DNS entries being updated to point to your web host DNS, your domain name does not resolve to your web host IP address. Do not be surprised if this question gets deleted. In effect, you are advertising by listing the URL for your domain, and including your telephone number. However, I suspect your problem comes from your registrar for your domain name not having the correct DNS information. By the way, when making a change to DNS, it takes up to 48 hours for the rest of the system to receive an update, so it may take a while for the changes you make to be available to everyone. DNS stands for Domain Name Service, which is used by your browser to change a common name, a domain name, into an IP address. DNS is essentially an address book. You give it a name and it returns the corresponding IP address.

Because you have to pay extra for that.
