It's a 1995 Z71 with a 5.7 and it's getting 10 MPG on a 'good' day. It has a fresh tune up, 115,000 miles, it doesn't burn oil, it has a new O2 sensor, the service engine light isn't on. I've checked around the fuel filter, gas tank, and all the lines and I do not smell any gas. I read reviews and the worst I should be getting is 14 on the highway and not the 10 I'm getting.

I would look hard at your air filter, and make sure you don't have dragging brakes, or something wrong with the transmission. You don't say how you drive, that can make a big difference. Also, you don't say what kind of driving you do, short trips, etc. Your vehicle should get between 10-16 mpg in typical driving.
