First go to the page you want to be your home page.
See if there is a link at the top or side of the page to do it for you. If there is no link then....
A. If you are using Internet Explorer.
1. There is a little house icon on the Command Bar.
2. Click on the triangle next to it and then "add or change home page".
3. Select the correct option.
B. If you are using Firefox.
1. There is a little house icon on the Command Bar.
2. Drag the icon that is just to the left of the URL to the house.
C. For any browser.
1. Go to tools > options (or internet options).
2. Select the first tab or section (main or general).
3. Select the option to make the current page your home page.
4. If you want a blank page as home page then select that option.
NOTE: For email pages the URL will change to route you to a server. Be sure to use the URL entered rather than the final URL for the home page. For example: http://mail.yahoo.com/ and not http://us.mg1.mail.yahoo.com/...
If your home page is constantly changing on its own you may have downloaded and installed an adware program. This is very common if you overlooked the option when installing a legitimate program. You will have to find and uninstall it.
