The need to register property that can do harm to others ia what this is all about
When vehicles first were invented people did whatever they wanted
Destroying others land and or property
Soon laws were made to control how each vehicle owner could act so as to protect everyone else
This is how and why I believe this is the way it is
Without it someone could drive through your house and you could not sue them or recover any damages
They could run you down with impunity
