In my opinion your not an NDN if you've lost your Religion/Culture and your Bloodline is so mixed that you don't even resemble an NDN.......sorry that's just my opinion.....you can say have NDN heritage but, stop calling yourselves NDN.
Update:your right it's not a question......it's a statement!........and as for all of your casino and "fire-water" comments....that's pure non-sense....."whites" and "blacks" suffer from Alcoholism just as much as NDNs........as for South American NDN's being Black....that's not true, their skin just happened to be darker.....because of them living in hot climates.

You are correct that South American Natives were not black. Nearly all of them belonged to the Mongoloid Q3 haplogroup and have the M3 marker. Some people here pull propaganda and historical myth out of their rear...don't pay them much mind.
Though very interesting reading, a few books of theories proves nothing, particularly when the collective scientific, historical, and circumstantial research of others not only proves otherwise, but explains away the similarities and such observed by counter theorists. I would elaborate, but we are already off topic, and I encourage independant research by those interested anyhow.
LOL! No, actually, many, though not all, of the researchers I'm referring to are black, Asian, and Native (including Native descendants of the Olmecs, the primary subject matter of Van Sertima's book). You would know that if you actually did unbiased research without an agenda, as they are quite famous in this particular field. I know that you would dispute any professional that is white purely because they are white....but most rational folks, including myself, would not discredit someone just because they aren't. What would be the purpose of the cover-up you theorize anyhow?

They were black, scientist have discovered ancient artifacts and statues in South America that resemble the ones in Africa. This is true. If you don't believe it look it up.
Natives in North America ARE not black, but the ones down south are. It is due to the migration long ago during Pangaea. Blacks traveled as well as other groups of people.
