Accessory ideas for a Blue dress?

I personally would pare it with red accessories. Maybe a long beaded necklace with matching dangle ear rings. Simple red but not to dark nail polish. Maybe a rosy red cheek with smoky black eye that is not to dramatic but no red lip. But that is just my personal style... Hope this helps.
