I need to get fit
my face has fats (double chin)
and I need to build some muscles (but not necessarily six pack abs or very big muscular arms though)
what are some excercise program for that?
I'm not in a hurry, I just need a steady program
please help

I use a workout ap on my iPad that seems to help, it's just called workouts, with a rainbow background. Even the free version is good
You can always do squats, push-up, crunches, ect.
I know you said no equipment, but just a jump rope does wonders. I jumped for 10 minutes the other day and it almost killed me- and I run 5k's regularly!
Walking/jogging has to be one of the best for getting fit, and training for something like a 5k is great modivation.
It's all about what you put in- no junk food! try going vegan for maybe a week or two.
Start out slow. Walk around the block, then the next day 2 times around, its all about progression, dont do it all at once. Seriously though it's mostly about eating healthy
Take a look at Usher, he never uses weights. His regime is all body weights. But to be able to affectively see results, you need cardio. Skipping does wonders. Put on a song and challenge yourself to skip through the entire song. Yoga/pilates is good for toning.

Sure, any type of cardiovascular exercise would be great. Running, jump-rope, etc.
Push-ups, pull-ups, dips..these are all things that require no equipment. So, it's possible.
Have a look into P90X or Insanity workout. That'll get anyone ripped.
