Okay, so the other day I was backing my car up on my lunch break so the guys and I could listen to music while we ate when as I was turning the wheel, my right arm completely "locked up" so to speak. I couldn't move it and I had no feeling in it. I had to use my left hand to take it off the steering wheel and fell right down to my lap with extreme pain. This is the first time this has ever happened. Any one know why or how this happened? By the way, about ten minutes later, I was able to move my arm again.

This happens in my knee. My whole leg is dead until i can find a way to pop it back into place. Kind of like a temporary dislocation, not serious though. Will add sensitivity over time so try and be delicate with it in terms of twisting. Try strengthening it more, its what worked for me.
any pain in your head?
