Braces pain!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?
Ok i have had braces and a pallet expander since may third and the hurt soooo badly when i first got them for about two weeks so i just got them tightened today and now my mouth and gums are soooooooo soree and it hurts to eat it feels like i just got them on. So can you help me? Its not like i have cuts andblisters in my mouth or anything it just hurts and feels like someone is ripping my teeth out one by one and i just want to know like how to ease the pain and i already took pain killers like advil and stuff i brushed my teeth with not alot if pressure and i dont know what foods to eat. Please help me im in so much pain and i feel like im about to take my braces off myself.

I know exactly how you feel. Don't worry about the pain, it gets better.
Some food ideas:
Mashes potatoes
Instant Jell-O
Instant Pudding
Don't brush your teeth, this will only make the pain worse. I don't brush my teeth for about 3 days after a wire change due to the pain.
Eat mash potato or soup for the next week or so (you'll lose weight too). Go to bed early, the more sleep and time the better the pain becomes.
Distract yourself in the meantime. Do something, and try not to focus on the pain.
Well I basiclly live on soup and grilled chese for about 2-3 days after i get mine adjusted!! Which I just got rubber bands and power chains today and imma bout to die from pain I think!! Ugh! but ive taken 2 ibuprophan. but just eat soup,jello,mashed potatoes kinda stuff you dont have to chew!! and friend has a pallet expander and it seems to suck well best of luck!! Jesus loves you!
