I'm not sure why everyone keeps asking this, only a few cameras have this feature.
You should just go out and buy a webcam. A basic one is only $30 dollars and works well for what it's made for. On a normal camera you would be wasting batteries and such when you can leave a webcam on 24/7.
Look into a Logitech Quickcam Messenger. They're $30 at target and probably the same at walmart.
