Can sexual trauma affect menstrual cycles?
I know it's a weird question and it's sort of gross but... is it possible?
I used to have regular menstrual cycles but ever since something happened, I only have two a year.
When I do get them, I end up getting really sick. I don't know if the two are correlated somehow but...

Yes it can. As well as stress and a number of other things. Talk to a doctor or gynocologist.
You should see a gynecologist. Have an exam to make sure everything about your reproductive system is OK and talk to him about you're concerns. We're not doctors and this is something that only a doctor could diagnose and treat.
Have you seen a gynecologist since the "something" happened? Because it's possible you have an STD that needs to be treated, and you should rule that out.

yes. it can cause emotional/mental affects that can be so severe they also cause physical affects, but it could also just cause physical affects. talk to a doctor to get this sorted out.
