I would appreciate if you can rewrite in a super duper polite way.
(I'm sorry my English is so bad. Might be difficult to rewrite...)

To Whom It May Concern
Hi.
My name is Aya.
I’m from Japan and currently live in Oregon.
As you know, powerful quake and tsunami devastated northern Japan in March.
Since then lots of people from lots of countries have been extending helping hands to the sufferers.
We cannot thank them enough for their hearty support.
But unfortunately there are some charity scams too.
Now, there is this lady who says she is a member of UCLA Cheerleading (I guess which means UCLA Sprit Squad).
She is now 18, and she is not a US citizen.
She has a Swedish father and a Japanese mother.
She is married to a US man and has 4 kids.
Again, she attends UCLA and is also a member of UCLA Cheerleading (or so she says).
A couple of months ago or so, she said she held a charity event with other members of UCLA Cheerleading.
I just wonder if that is true.
Because she is considered to be a fraud, and she was (and is) collecting money from other people by mentioning about UCLA cheerleading.
I am sorry for asking such a silly question, but I’d like to stamp out those kind of scams and fraud and I want her to realize how shameful behavior it is.
Thank you.
Sincerely,
Aya
Update:I am pretty sure that it is a lie that she is one of the members of UCLA cheerleading.
Probably it is a lie that she attends UCLA.
A while ago, she wrote this:

Your letter is written quite well and needs only a few corrections. This is what I think would be the most polite:
To Whom It May Concern,
Hello, my name is Aya.
I’m from Japan and currently live in Oregon.
As you know, a powerful quake and tsunami devastated northern Japan in March.
Since then, lots of people from many countries have been extending helping hands to those that have suffered from this.
We cannot thank them enough for their hearty support.
But, unfortunately, there are some charity scams too.
Now, there is a person who shall remain anonymous, who is a member of UCLA Cheerleading.
She is now 18, and she is not a US citizen.
She has a Swedish father and a Japanese mother.
She is married to a man from the US and has 4 kids.
Again, she attends UCLA and is also claims to be a member of UCLA Cheerleading.
A couple of months ago or so, she said she held a charity event with other members of UCLA Cheerleading.
I just wonder if that is true.
The reason why is she is considered to be a fraud, and she was, and still is, collecting money from other people by mentioning UCLA cheerleading.
I am sorry for asking such a silly question, but I’d like to stamp out those kind of scams and fraud and I want her to realize how shameful behavior it is.
Thank you.
Sincerely,
Aya

Around a couple of months ago she said she held a charity event with other members of the UCLA Cheerleading.
I was just wondering if that is true.
This is because she is considered to have done fraud and she was (and is) collecting money from other people by mentioning about UCLA Cheerleading.

To Whom it May Concern,
Hi, my name is Aya. I'm from Japan and currently live in Oregon.
As you know, a powerful quake and tsunami devastated much of nothern Japan in March of this year. Since then, many people from countries all across the globe have been extending their helping hands to the people who have suffered during this terrible time.
Unfortunately, some people have used this tragic event for their own personal gain and have set up dummy charities to help fund their criminal needs. It's hard to tell who's doing it for good and who is abusing these people in need.
My primary concerns are with a member of the UCLA Cheerleading team. I am not entirely sure that her operation is a lawful one and would like to seek your knowledge on this issue as soon as possible.
Her name is [insert name here], and I was wondering if she was in fact, a legit sponser of this charity and not just a cheerleader who's scamming people on UCLA's coat-tails.
I'm sorry if this sounds silly, but I'd like to stamp out those kinds of scams and fraud and believe people who abuse the victims of this disaster should be punished.
Thank you.
Sincerely,
Aya
different than for the proper suited spelling of 'sentence' no longer 'sentense' the only replace i could make is to function a comma after 'initiatives'. different than for that i detect it fullyyt readable.
