Hi, do women who know they might be having sex usually keep men's condoms with them, or do they keep women's condoms? I was in a long term relationship and did not worry about STDs. When I wasn't using contraception, he bought condoms.
I am single now. I am considering dating. I would feel safer if I had some protection with me, just in case. But I never had to buy condoms and don't know how can you buy men's condoms without knowing the size. So, what do women usually do?

I buy whatever condoms, I never notice much difference with them. Men's size isn't an issue- you can slip the smallest size over the length of your arm. Guys who say they are "too big" are lying to themselves lol.
Most men will have their own condom stash. If they don't currently have a girlfriend, they'll still have some on hand for when they meet their next lady.
Once you meet and become sexual with a guy, request that you EACH keep some condoms. Meaning when he buys them, have him share some with you. You can keep them at your house or in your purse (just store them in a zip lock baggie so the zipper doesn't get them) and he can keep his with him. That way, you'll always have protection. Also, avoid keeping a condom in your wallet. Why? Well, aside from it being easily noticed (accidentally being seen or falling out when you get your wallet to pay or something), wallets can cause "wear and tear" or accidental rip the packaging. It's safer to avoid carrying them in a wallet. If he's coming to your house and your stash is empty, have him just carry a condom with him in his pocket. When he's coming to your place, have him set it in the vehicle somewhere, then grab it and put it back in his pocket when he's coming into your house.
EDIT - Me and my partner do the "share and care" thing lol We're in a completely monogamous "relationship" and have been for some time (meaning we're only sexual with eachother, there are no others). He buys them, but also shares with me.
varies. some rely on man to bring condom or decline ..others have one or two handy just in case. and there is a female condom too.
since most females do not want to be thought easy tp drop panties or being prepared ( having one in purse) as seemingly easy etc.
they tend to resort to subtle remarks beforehand eg were you a boy scout ? as I love a man who thinks ahead. this is an innuendo but clearly lets him know if..sex is going to be available he needs to be 'prepared'. also gives a female perfect chanced to say NO without seeming being teasing etc.
Don't worry, the man will have the condoms.
the guy should bring them... if he doesnt keep your shield up (pants/panties on)
