Hi Linda ! Even though your Refreshed your Browser the chances are if you reset Safari your page and things will start working again. Before resetting Safari Empty all Your Web History and then Sign out of YAhoo and Reset Your Safari.

Each time I call the Customer Support Team I get disconnected. I've been trying to resolve an issue for 8 hours now. An email from this morning has not received a response.
