Would take quite a while, but I would think it depends on the environmental conditions their exposed to. They are very durable and resistant to extreme conditions and should be fine for a LOOOOONG time.
They happen to fade after a few washes, but the only problem with Uggs that are black is when they get dirty its very hard to wash them without ruining them, and the dye will fade away if you wash them, but it will take about 5 washes. I suggest getting a brown or peachy dear skin color
i have had mine for a while i go out in the snow and rain in them and they haven't faded i have the knitted ones with the sheep wool inside sole the only complaint (that's probably due to me wearing them all the time ) is that the inside sole (sheep wool) has come out. Hope this helps.
