Do cartilage piercings hurt?
My cousin wants both of us to get our cartilage pierced. I like the way it looks but I have heard some pretty nasty things about this type of piercing. How bad does it hurt? I got my nose pierced last year and it was practically painless. Will the cartilage piercing be more painful? What about upkeep? Please give me as much information has you can. Thanks guys and gals!!

It just depends on your pain tolerance. If your nose piercing didn't hurt, then I'm sure its not gonna hurt to get your cartilage pierced. But it does hurt a bit afterwards (it feels sore like with any piercing). Make sure you clean it often and move it around as much as you can!
